For Stephens + Stephens, the 28th October was a night to remember!
We are incredibly proud to announce that we won two awards – four if we include Absolute’s achievements – at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2022-2023. Contested between a range of residential and commercial property developers from all over the world, the UK International Property Awards honours the very best in the industry.
The United Kingdom Property Awards have been running for 29 years now, and represent the most prestigious and widely recognised awards in the industry. With an independent panel made up of more than eighty experts, the awards were designed to celebrate the very best in the development industry. Highlighting the design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability of the companies in question, they have become highly sought after by any organisation in the sector.
Stephens + Stephens took home two of the awards on offer:
The 5-star award in the category of: Residential Development 20+ Units for Cornwall with Cliff Edge, Newquay, Cornwall
The regional award in the category of: Residential Development 10-19 Units, for Cornwall with The Nest, Charlestown, Cornwall

The top winners from each of the award’s regions, including Africa and Arabia, Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the UK, will be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering ceremony at the end of the year.
The Event
Everyone who attended from Stephens + Stephens had an amazing evening, capped by the fantastic news that we wouldn’t be going home empty handed! Here at Stephens + Stephens, we are immensely proud of our achievements over the past five years.
