Formal complaints procedure
If you have a complaint, please report this to our Customer Care Manager. We ask for formal complaints to be put in writing by either email to customercare@s-sdevelopers.com or addressed to:

We hope that all formal complaints can be addressed by our Customer Care Manager, however, if you feel your concerns have not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer your complaint to one of the Directors.

If you remain dissatisfied with our final response or the time taken to deal with your complaint, you may refer your complaint to your Home Warranty Provider. If appropriate, the Home Warranty Provider might refer you to the Consumer Code they have signed up to.
Timescales:
We aim to respond to your complaint within 3 working days. Any minor snags and providing we don’t need to order a replacement we will endeavour to rectify these items within 28 days with the site team if they are still present on site. The customer care team are also on hand during normal working hours and can arrange any remedial work. If we cannot resolve the problem within this period, we will investigate it within 14 days
