We are delighted to announce the appointment of Christine Rostock as the business’ new Customer Care Manager


Christine will be responsible for looking after buyers from when they make their initial reservation, through the purchasing process to key exchange, and thereafter if they continue their journey with Stephens + Stephens.

Christine joins Stephens + Stephens from the Parnall Group, where she spent six years being responsible for all operational and facility requirements of Trelonk Estate. Christine’s career has spanned a variety of industries, from Hospitality, Aviation, Estate & Grounds maintenance to Business Admin and Marine design. From this varied career, Christine has accrued an extensive wealth of experience in leadership and people management, stakeholder management, and sales & marketing.

It is this combination of skills on which Christine can draw manage the wider customer care team, as well as give Stephens + Stephens’ customers personalised care and manage every situation with creativity and tact.
